What is the place a person want to do something for a community in a respectable way in the name of service?
By reality there is no place in the world to do anything as a service without benefit.Too correct for the disease HIV/AIDS.HIV/AIDS is not a disease it is the social,economical and the problem in all the way, which is going to pull the so called developing country in to the darkness without the knowledge of you and me.As a doctor we have to understand the situation and fight for the prevention/treatment with improving your knowledge.Updating our knowledge which is not happening in our country,the drawback where we landed is discrimination in the medical profession.As a HIV physician i am getting dicriminated all around the world,it's the reality.General physicians/surgens in the Govt sector most of them are outdated and they are not trained in the field of HIV/AIDS.In private sectors most of them just push them out with the word treatment is available only in Govt Hospitals.They are not aware what to do with HIV/AIDS,more than the REFERRAL GAME.Institutions didn't educate their students about the reality with HIV/AIDS,but the fear very well.No one is using universal precaution just because of inadequate supply of glove,mask,syringe and needles.The same reason what they give for not giving injections and not doing procedures.Laboratories the other way worst,without a finger prick or withadrawl of blood they can give Hb%.Not doing electrolytes and ABG for ward patients but its reserved for critical care & cardiac units where really u can get entry by recommendation from politicians and officials.By reality sick patients in the wards have to survive if they are"survival of the fittest"who are not diagnosed properly because lack of investigations in the otherway lack of fund and lack of manpower to run laboratories.Less amount of fund for the age old institutions but Govt want to estabilish new institutions for their name and to destroy the humanity by doing commission for negligence.ASHAMED as a DOCTOR,as a HUMANBEING.Better to lead our life as a animal.Not to get shock why the terrorism is in boom.Dont make a terrorist in the name of bureaucracy in the name of discrimination. Every one in our nation have the equal oppurtunity to get the HIV.First go and check your HIV status then get in to the stigma if u r a bureaucrat.
